I’m the Founder & Principal of CASE Strategic Consulting Inc. With nearly four decades of hands-on experience, I help construction leaders make better decisions earlier—bringing clarity to complex project dynamics, building trust across stakeholders, and delivering results aligned with long-term vision.
I’ve led multidisciplinary teams across public and private projects in Canada and the UK, navigating diverse delivery models to ensure alignment and success. Known as a “straight shooter” and respected industry mentor, I’m passionate about building trusted relationships, developing high-performing teams, and finding the win/win in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
After more than a decade of board service with Vancouver Regional Construction Association (VRCA) and British Columbia Construction Association (BCCA), I remain deeply committed to advancing our industry through strategic collaboration, premium risk management, and purposeful leadership. I’ve always believed that humility has its place—and that the incredible work we do deserves to be promoted and celebrated.
